I Was Looking for a Mattress most if not all the Bigger Companies there was a waiting time I went into Sterling Beds On The Monday and By Tuesday it was Delivered I found the Staff to be Most Helpful from the Sales team to the Guys Who Delivered The Mattress I Would Not Hesitate To Recommend then to Anyone. (Murray Fox).

Recently took delivery of a Warnford mattress which is graded as a softer midrange mattress but unlike most soft mattresses although lovely and sink into soft also has a great supportive feel as well unlike many soft ones tested elsewhere that simply squash to the base, I would’ve graded it as a medium/firm found elsewhere myself and the acid test is when you are on it the height is 4 stitching sections high and only one section compresses leaving you with 3 sections 19cm’s out of 25cms of support, I visited 3 times before purchasing trying out many different ones and not once was I pestered by the staff who just allowed me to test & browse at leisure and be approachable when I was ready to ask for help, delivery time was on the day stated and in a specified time window on that day, the delivery guys were also top notch taking the bed upstairs and setting it out and taking the packaging away. If you are looking to get a new sleep surface take your time, have a lay on the beds then when you think you know which one you like lay on it for 30 minutes in the shop in your normal sleeping positions and feel for how your pressure points hip/shoulder/ribs feel as this will help you get it right first time, I also bought a Harrison box pillow to go with the mattress lured in by being able to use one when testing the mattresses which highlighted the difference between it and a 2 in a bag for a tenner type pillow. Overall a good buying experience and the same as my previous purchase from this company 4 years ago when getting a mattress for one of the family.

They’re very good . Local company, no hard sales, they’re there if you need help. We ordered a new bed & it was delivered promptly at a time we asked for the next morning. No waiting x amount of time like other companies. Delivery was excellent very quick & polite. Extremely pleased with the new bed. Would recommend this local company

Best customer service! Not pushy or approaching you soon as you walk through the door. They allow you take a look around, but you know they are there if you need help. Friendly and informative, no extra hidden costs. They turned up when they said they would. The bed is sooo comfortable. I’ll be looking to go here again in a few months when we decide to get a new bed for our child. Love the fact I’m helping a smaller business rather than a big chain.
