They’re very good . Local company, no hard sales, they’re there if you need help. We ordered a new bed & it was delivered promptly at a time we asked for the next morning. No waiting x amount of time like other companies. Delivery was excellent very quick & polite. Extremely pleased with the new bed. Would recommend this local company

Very peasant ,helpful and friendly staff with no pressure or hard sell.Good range of beds and mattresses at reasonable prices. Mattress selected was in stock and delivered quickly and old Mattress taken away.

Best customer service! Not pushy or approaching you soon as you walk through the door. They allow you take a look around, but you know they are there if you need help. Friendly and informative, no extra hidden costs. They turned up when they said they would. The bed is sooo comfortable. I’ll be looking to go here again in a few months when we decide to get a new bed for our child. Love the fact I’m helping a smaller business rather than a big chain.

Bought our king size ottoman from Sterling beds and after over a month of use it’s been fantastic. Gel Mattress incredibly comfy and never fails to give us a good nights sleep. The communication and help choosing a bed from Sterling was first class. They also delivered it quickly within a week and when it arrived the delivery guys were great and assembled it rapidly. They also took care bringing the parts into the flat being careful not to damage anything. Overall I would highly recommend Sterling for their customer service and great choice of beds.

I ordered my new ottoman bed on line, Mike was very helpful and polite and patient, I was informed delivery would be 7-10 days, it was delivered this morning 8 days after purchase. I was very impressed with the two men who fitted it all up for me and took away all the wrapping together with the old bed and mattress, I would urge anyone wanting a new bed to go to Sterling beds and you will get a darn good deal and great service, Well done to the whole team. I would give more stars if I could. So very pleased with my purchase.

Excellent service as always, best in the area

My wife and I brought a super king divan, and it looks amazing. The staff in store are very polite and knowledgeable, and you don’t feel rushed into buying . The delivery drivers were exceptional , nothing was too much trouble . I wouldn’t go anywhere else to purchase a bed in the future.
