From the very beginning I was impressed by the way the company dealt with my husband and myself. The initial greeting was very pleasant and the information we received was excellent. We were allowed to take photographs of the details and take as long as we liked laying on the various mattresses. As I needed time to assess the various descriptions and prices we left and returned about a fortnight later. I reaffirmed the mattress that I required, still testing several before I made my decision. There was not pressure to hurry up and all customers i saw at the shop were treated in the same way. The paperwork was dealt with efficiently and an appointment was made to deliver the chosen mattress. In fact we had a call from the company to say that it was going to be delivered early if this was convenient. I was not personally present when the men arrived but my husband was and the two men were very respectful and removed the old mattress and put the new one in place. Thank you for a very slick and efficient service. The mattress is wonderful. I have recommended the company to several friends and I would certainly use them again.

Really friendly, helpful, professional service in the shop at Farlington. I returned several times before making up my mind and was given help when I needed it but also left quietly to browse. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying. I’m so pleased with my new bed and mattress, which are good quality and good value. My old bed frame and mattress were disposed of as part of the order. The delivery team were efficient and friendly and everything went well. My bed and mattress arrived undamaged and on time. I am very happy with every aspect of my experience at Sterling Beds and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you very much from a very satisfied customer.

Very helpful sales lady, knowledgeable and gave us time to try different beds. Brought a complete bed and headboard on the day. Delivered two weeks later for free, great tracking system, assembled swiftly by nice delivery men. Will definitely recommend 👌
