Good access, parking and range to try. No hassle from retail sales people. Easy time.

I have used Sterling Beds a few times now and just love the service. I always try to use independent shops when I can as I feel it’s a better experience overall. The staff were so helpful and didn’t make you feel pressurised like some other bed shops do. I shouldn’t mention the staff members by name but they get 10/10 from me! I recommend Sterling Beds 100% 🙂

Yet another well deserved 5 star review from us! We were recommended to come & see Katie as our friends had such an amazing experience with her & she was by far the best sales girl we’ve had yet! She really does know her stuff & was so helpful with showing us options of mattresses for us to try that suited what we needed & not what she wanted to sell us. Her dad was super friendly & genuine too that I believe owns the company. So all in all another VERY happy customer that won’t hesitate to recommend to any friends that may be looking for beds or mattresses in the future. The pillows we bought too were amazing! Thank you to all at Sterling beds. It hasn’t disappointed & we can’t wait for our mattress to arrive in a few days & look forward to ‘not wanting to get out of bed’ either!!! 😅

Absolutely fantastic experience buying a new mattress from Sterling beds. We went to Dreams in Fareham and instantly hated to overbearing sales guy so we walked out. By some weird coincidence we bumped into a friend right outside who told us to try Sterling Beds. Best advice ever. Massive thank you to Katie at Sterling who was delightful. Really knows her stuff, gave us great honest advice and didn’t once try to sell us anything. We bought a lovely Emerald king size mattress and a couple of new pillows, and Katie arranged delivery for us over in Gosport in less than a week and removal of our old mattress. 5 star, dare I say “sterling” service? It was such a calm and easy experience. And the 2 guys who delivered the mattress were professional and courteous to a tee. I cannot recommend this company enough. The only problem is now we don’t want to get out of bed because it is sooooo comfortable.

Amazing experience at Sterling Beds yesterday. Kate was really helpful and listened to my needs. She then recommended a selection of best mattresses for me which were within my budget. She suggested I spent time testing the mattresses and told me to lie on my preferred one for at least 15 minutes to let my body adjust and to make sure I was still comfortable after that time. There was no pressure from her to make a decision. No hard sales or attempt to get me to spend more than I could. Luckily, the mattress I decided on was in stock and I was able to take it home. Kate explained how to unroll it properly which we did. I’ve had the best night sleep in months and cannot recommend this store enough!

bought a new mattresses to day, only went in to view as you dont get to lie and test online. when we entered the salelsman asked what we were looking for,walked around after being given advice and bought there and then. NO HEAVY PUSHING TO BUY, YOU ARE LEFT TO CHOOSE AND HE WAS ON HAND TO ADVISE.third purchase in this store,go and view you will not be disappointed. thank you from mr oldroyd

What a wonderful company.. Dan .. Mike … So polite so friendly, so honest .. just brought a super king size bed and mattress.. with free delivery.. and they are taking away my old one for a very very reasonable price… I was looking around for a long time and see there’s guys and the great reviews.. Took a drive up there and just fantastic.. so happy.. thank you guys … Can not recommend these guys more.. and I don’t tend to put reviews… just marvellous..
